All real-time audio noise detection and frequency analysis processes happen locally on your device. No raw audio data, microphone recordings, or noise sampling data is ever uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third party.

For the AI analysis and intelligent report interpretation feature:

This app integrates third-party artificial intelligence service provided by OpenAI (ChatGPT). Only the text content actively entered or generated by you (including noise test data text, report text, and user query text) will be temporarily transmitted to OpenAI’s AI service for processing.

We DO NOT collect, transmit or share any user personal identifiable information, audio files, photos, location data or other private data with OpenAI or any third-party AI service.

How We Use Data

All noise measurements are processed in real-time on your device for current session display and analysis only. We do not store measurement history, audio data, or personal data on our servers. When you use the "Generate Report" feature, reports are saved locally to your device, and you may choose whether to share them.

For third-party AI service usage:

Text data sent to OpenAI is only used for real-time one-time AI analysis, noise interpretation and intelligent reply generation.

We do not cache, store, archive or retain any AI interaction data on our servers or locally after the current session. All transmitted text data is processed temporarily by OpenAI and will not be used for user profiling, advertising or other unrelated purposes.

Third-Party Services

This app integrates OpenAI (ChatGPT) third-party AI service for optional intelligent analysis function.

We confirm that OpenAI provides equivalent and compliant privacy protection measures for user data in accordance with global data protection regulations. All third-party data processing follows strict data security and privacy rules.

Your Rights

You have the right to revoke microphone permission and AI service permission at any time via System Settings. You may delete the app and all locally stored data, and you may stop using the app at any time.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via app updates.
