Terms of Use for StarPath

By downloading, accessing, or using StarPath (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use StarPath. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts & Responsibility

Your data is linked to your device, Apple ID, and Email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, Apple ID, and Email.

You agree to provide accurate birth information (date, time, place) for astrological features. Inaccurate data may affect results.

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

StarPath offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock full access to all features.

Payment:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same subscription price.

Cancellation & Refunds:

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Apple ID Settings in the App Store.

No cancellation fee applies, but refunds are not provided for unused portions of an active subscription period.

4. AI Divination Disclaimer

The AI Divination feature generates responses based on algorithms and large language models. These responses are for entertainment and reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

5. Horoscopes & Astrology Disclaimer

All horoscopes, birth charts, compatibility reports, and astrological content provided by StarPath are for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal growth purposes. They are not guarantees of future events, health outcomes, relationship success, or financial gains.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App's code or content

Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access paid features without payment

Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within StarPath are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. You retain ownership of the questions you ask the AI feature, but you grant us a limited license to use anonymized queries to improve our AI models.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StarPath if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, your subscription (if active) will follow Apple's standard refund/cancellation policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarPath and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological or AI-generated content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified within the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
